Customer will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs or delivering their product to our location for a return or exchange. Shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable.
Refund ProcessAny returned item must be in its original condition, and all tags need to be intact. Once your return is received from you and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
No returns/exchanges allowed on any sale items, jewelry, handwork outfits, and items that are specifically marked as no refunds/exchanges in item description. Items not fitting in the mentioned categories will be accepted for returns/exchanges within 7 days of purchase or within 7 days of when the item was delivered to you.
